The words of Mariusz Pudzianowski’s grandmother stayed with him forever. He can’t free himself from it

Although Mariusz Pudzianowski has gathered incredibly valuable life experience and could share his adventures with dozens of other people, he still benefits from the lessons learned in his family home. Respect for loved ones remains one of Pudzianowski’s fundamental principles, unaffected by athletic successes or earned money. During one of the recordings in the gym, he decided to talk not only about his mother, whom he has mentioned several times in various interviews, but also about his grandmother. These two women imparted knowledge to “Pudzianowski” that stayed with him for several decades.

The same goes for traditions and superstitions. Pudzianowski, like every Pole, attaches considerable importance to the holiday season. Christmas Eve is an extraordinary day not only because of family gatherings. In one of the holiday videos recorded a few years ago, “Pudzian” shared with fans the life wisdom from his grandmother, alongside presenting his workouts in the gym.

However, he does not intend to dwell on it completely. “The day of Christmas Eve will set the tone for the whole year. I stick to this rule, I don’t know, maybe it’s strange, silly superstitions, but that’s how I’ve been for the past 30 years. My mom told me that once, and my grandma used to say it too.

And I stick to that,” revealed Mariusz Pudzianowski years ago.
