During its first meeting, the committee decided to submit a request to the Attorney General for an appeal to the Chancellery of the Prime Minister to secure data in the form of electronically sent correspondence, among others. The Commission for postal voting from 2020 has already conducted its first interrogations. Notably, among those who appeared before the commission was Przemysław Czarnek. It’s worth mentioning that the chairman of the commission is MP Dariusz Joński, and the commission also includes: Waldemar Buda, Jacek Karnowski, Bartosz Romowicz, Magdalena Filiks, Agnieszka Kłopotek, Paweł Jabłoński, Mariusz Krystian, Anita Kucharska-Dziedzic, and Witold Tumanowicz.
