FAME MMA 20 promises to be exciting, and one of the main highlights of the anniversary event will be an 8-man K-1 tournament with a prize pool of 2 million złoty. The winner will take home 1.5 million, and the finalist 500 thousand złoty. Among the participants are Amadeusz “Ferrari” Roślik and Maksymilian “Wiewiór” Wiewiórka, who have not been fond of each other for some time, to put it mildly.
The animosity became evident during the press conference before the event when they clashed. “Ferrari” started with an apology to “Wiewiór’s” girlfriend, but then proceeded to insult her again. The rival flew into a rage and threw a microphone at “Ferrari”, which the hosts decided to use as a prelude to a standard face-to-face encounter.
The double FAME MMA champion managed to stay on his feet but was solely focused on seeking revenge. This was made difficult by the security, which had gathered around the fighters. The enraged “Wiewiór” had to be restrained by three security guards.
– *I told you earlier that you would get hit in the head* – replied Roślik. Their behavior did not entirely please the conference host Sylwester Wardęga. – *Maybe this was a bad idea after all* – he exclaimed after “Ferrari” attacked his rival.
One thing is certain – at FAME MMA 20, the security will not separate the fighters, and “Ferrari” and “Wiewiór” might collide in the semifinals of the grand tournament. All they need to do is win their first fights. These will be held over a 5-minute round with a possible 2-minute overtime.
Everything will be according to K-1 rules.
